TreeAS (tree assessment for streets)

TreeAS is a method of assessing the quality of street trees and how worthy they are for the allocation of management resources. It is an evolution of TreeAZ and relies on the same principles for deciding if a tree is important or unimportant. Its purpose is to help urban managers assign appropriate weight to individual trees when allocating resources. Its basic principles are common to good tree management around the world and it can be applied internationally, with local modifications.

TreeAS is currently in the final stages of design and field testing and unavailable for wider release at the moment. In the meantime, if you have any specific enquiry about this method, then contact us at jeremy@TreeAZ.com and we would be pleased to update you on its progress.
